JUST -CURIOUS - WHY WHY WHY would and WHO WHO WHO would tell you to remove the molars.  There are reasons other than decay, that would make a decision on removing the molars but I  need more information.  Are the other teeth trying to come in where the molars are?   Feel free to send me a personal e-mail with more info!
