&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The seasoning is up to your personal taste.  I like to use Kosher salt, pepper and garlic powder.  Then I add a little paprika for color. I use Reynolds no stick aluminum foil in a baking pan.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
