Make lies a <em>serious</em> felony with a mandated life sentence for those who are found to have lied about their participation of a serious crime (even death in some cases). All other laws and punishments would be  reasonable because of truth.. Telling the truth (when requested) would save on lengthy, expensive trials.. Lawyers gaining wealth from other's problems and tax relief of un-necessary incarceration before and during trial. In fact, it makes such logical sense that no lawmaker or politician would accept it..
