I cannot reset my aol password, please help me.

First off, I have a lot of stuff connecting to my email, chase, paypal, etc.
So i go to sign into my email one day and the password was wrong, even though i know it was right. So i try to reset my password, and get this: "You have reached the maximum number of attempts to verify your account. Please try again in 24 hours." Every single time, and ive been trying to reset it for the past 5 days. Please help me, this is a backup account i have but i still need my other email, without it, im screwed.

If theres any way i can send some one the information i had on the account andthey reset it for me, it would be great.
