Abdolutely not. Violence against women is a serious problem that once perpetrated and the person is forgiven there is a honeymoon period when all is well but he will strike again and the next time it will be worse.

She can do better for herself and I hope she will learn to understand the Cycle of Violence and run away from this man. Where is:

The police report
Certified copies of any Superior Court Judgment
Attorney summaries from the two opposing counsel
Court summary of the case to date
Remedies already completed
Ongoing case history
Psych evaluation on both
Custody assignment of any children
All the other records that pertain to the instant case?

In absolutely no case is there any call to sympathize. That could well lead to prejudice and prejudice always leads directly to unforgivable hate.
