I received a "free gift" from AOL for participating in a survey the day it appeared on the internet. I paid for mailing that day and the gift came several weeks ago. Now AOL has charged my card with $98.00, which I cannot afford and would not have bought the item for that amount. I want the $98.00 charge removed from my bank account right away. I so far believe that AOL is an honest and trustworthy company, but my wife says that may not be so. I am an 82 year old retired male person and probably vulnerable to being ripped off.
